Former General Sales Manager promoted to National Sales Manager, overseeing sales and operations efforts for national clients

Norfolk, VA-(September 6, 2006) - For Rent, a division of Trader Publishing Company, the nation’s leading apartment resource for locating over 40,000 apartments for rent, is pleased to announce the promotion of Paige Forrest to National Sales Manager. Paige held the previous position of General Sales Manager for the For Rent office in Richmond, Virginia.

“Paige has a clear understanding of the Multi-Housing industry and goals of For Rent,” says Terry Slattery, Vice President/General Manager of For Rent. “Her passion for our products and understanding of our customers makes her an ideal fit in this new role.”

 Paige has dedicated 15 years to the Multi-Housing industry, since 1991. In 1999, she helped launch Apartment Sources and Senior Source in the Mid-Atlantic region for Fairfax Publishing, where she became the Publisher for the Richmond Apartment Sources and Senior Source Magazines. She joined Trader in 2001 as a General Sales Manager, when the company bought the Apartment Source in Richmond and Hampton Roads.

“This is an exciting time for For Rent,” says Forrest. “The company is working on new launches and initiatives. I am excited to have been chosen as For Rent’s National Sales Manager and I look forward to what the future holds for me in this position.”

As the National Sales Manager, Paige brings a wealth of experience, talent and enthusiasm to this position. Over the past four years, her office has seen significant growth in a highly penetrated market, demonstrating Paige’s creativity and drive for success. As the National Sales Manager, she will oversee all sales and operations efforts for For Rent’s national clients. She is an active member of the Richmond Apartment Management Association as well as an Executive Officer on the Board for the Virginia Apartment Management Association.

For Rent® Promotes Amanda Hiller, Former General Sales Manager to General Manager of ForRent.comTM

Norfolk, VA-(September 6, 2006) - For Rent, a division of Trader Publishing Company, the nation’s leading apartment resource for locating over 40,000 apartments for rent, is proud to announce the promotion of Amanda Hiller to General Manager of ForRent.com.

“Amanda has demonstrated her ability to lead successful For Rent Magazine operations in both Detroit and Cleveland,” says Terry Slattery, Vice President and General Manager of For Rent. “She brings with her a wealth of experience in the multifamily industry and a determination to succeed.”

In 1999, Amanda joined For Rent as an Account Executive. She quickly moved up to the position of General Sales Manager. As the General Sales Manager for the For Rent office in Detroit, she also oversaw the Toledo market and as the General Sales Manager for the For Rent office in Cleveland, she oversaw Pittsburgh. Amanda has contributed greatly to the success of her markets. She received recognition for having the most improved For Rent Magazine Operations in 2005 as well as being acknowledged as a 2003 and 2005 President’s Club winner. The President’s Club award is given to For Rent’s most outstanding employees, acknowledging them for their sales efforts.

“I am very excited about the opportunity to lead ForRent.com to the next level,” says Hiller. ”I am ready for the challenge and I am looking forward to the years ahead as For Rent becomes the leader in both print and internet advertising to the apartment industry.”

In her new role as the ForRent.com General Manager, Amanda oversees the management of For Rent’s Inside Sales, Key Accounts, Product Development and PrinterNet departments. As part of For Rent’s Senior Management team, she also works closely with the For Rent field internet sales teams and the ForRent.com^®-The Magazine^TM launches. Amanda has relocated to Virginia Beach, Va. and will be working out of their office in Norfolk.

Terry Slattery promoted to Vice President/General Manager of For Rent^®

Norfolk, VA-(July 21, 2006) - For Rent announces the promotion of Terry Slattery as Vice President/General Manager. In his new role, Slattery will oversee all aspects of print, internet, production and operations for all magazine titles and websites, including: For Rent Magazine^®, ForRent.com^® Para Rentar^TM and Senior Outlook^TM.

“Terry has made numerous valuable contributions to the division over his career,” says Jack Ross, Senior Vice President of United Advertising Media, a division of Trader Publishing Company. “This promotion is the culmination of fourteen years of outstanding performance. His experience in the industry is sure to lead the organization toward greater success.”

Terry has been with For Rent since 1993. During this time, he was responsible for initiating and overseeing ForRent.com^TM, now one of the nation’s most successful multi-family Internet Listing Services, as well as the launches of ForRent.com^®-The Magazine^TM. Since starting with Trader, Terry has served on various National and local apartment industry boards and is currently the Vice Chair for the National Apartment Association’s National Suppliers Council and incoming chairman for next year’s National Suppliers Council as well as an active Board member of the National Multi Housing Council.

For Rent^® Welcomes Wendy Froehlich as Marketing Director

Norfolk, VA-March 8, 2006- Trader Publishing Company, the nation’s leader in specialty classified advertising publications and websites, is excited to welcome Wendy Froehlich, as the For Rent^® Marketing Director. Wendy will oversee all marketing endeavors of For Rent Magazine^® and ForRent.com^TM.

“I am glad to have Wendy join our team,” says Terry Slattery, Vice President of Marketing and National Sales. “Her background and experience is exactly what we need to continue to stay on the cutting edge of the multifamily industry.”

Wendy Froehlich is a marketing professional with fourteen years of experience in re-branding and developing marketing solutions for a broad array of business-to-business and business-to-consumer products. She spent eight years at a Virginia Beach advertising agency before taking on the role as the Creative Development Manager for Coca-Cola in Atlanta. Wendy then joined Polyvision Corporation, an international company that manufactures and sells visual communications products. During her four years with Polyvision, Wendy built a marketing department that developed new product rollouts, integrated several international acquisitions and formed close relationships with the company’s dealer network to drive sales.

“I am excited about the opportunities that exist at For Rent^®,” says Wendy Froehlich. “I look forward to leading the marketing department in further solidifying the For Rent^® brand and its position in the marketplace.”

As the Marketing Director, Wendy will lead the For Rent^® print and Internet marketing teams, while working closely with senior management to strengthen the For Rent^® brand. Wendy will work with the marketing department to strengthen their focus on public relations, partnership and affiliation opportunities, promotions, trade show events, sales support, new launch initiatives as well as client relationships. Wendy is a Virginia Beach native and received her degree from Old Dominion University.
