Natalie Cariola promoted to southern California regional manager of For Rent Media Solutions

Former general manager transitions into her new role as regional manager

In addition to Las Vegas, this new region includes the Inland Empire, Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego markets in California.

Cariola joined For Rent Media Solutions in 2004 as a general manager. Since she joined, Cariola is a three-time winner of the President’s Club award, an award that recognizes the company’s top selling account executives in the nation for their efforts. Under her leadership, the For Rent Media Solutions Los Angeles market has been recognized for its outstanding sales and operation efforts. Before joining the company, Cariola worked with Homestore, Inc. as a national account director and then as regional sales manager, overseeing both inside and outside sales.

Paige Forrest promoted to vice president of sales for For Rent Media Solutions^TM

Former assistant vice president of sales transitions into new role

We look forward to what the future brings for Paige in her new role.”

Forrest has been dedicated to the multi-housing industry for nearly 20 years. In 2001, she joined Dominion Enterprises as the general sales manager in Richmond. Since then, Forrest has grown within the company, holding various titles including national sales manager and her most recent position as assistant vice president of sales, where she managed and oversaw the growth of the national sales and customer service teams. In her new role as vice president of sales, she oversees sales operations for the company’s Great Lakes and Mid-Atlantic regions, as well as national and inside sales efforts.

Terry Slattery Promoted to President of For Rent Media Solutions^TM

Former vice president and general manager transitions into his new role as president

NORFOLK, Va.-(December 5, 2008)-For Rent Media Solutions, a leading apartment resource for searching apartments nationwide, and a division of Dominion Enterprises, is proud to announce Terry Slattery’s promotion to president of For Rent Media Solutions. This change is in recognition of Slattery’s contributions to both For Rent Media Solutions and the multi-housing industry.

He continues to show his dedication to multi-housing through his membership in organizations like the National Apartment Association, where he was recently recognized as a recipient of a Paragon Award. Slattery entered the multi-housing industry in 1993, when he joined the For Rent Magazine^® office in Las Vegas as an account executive. Since then, he has held several positions within the company, including national marketing director, vice president of marketing, and vice president of national sales and marketing. He assisted with the execution of LEADS^TM, the original tracking service in the multi-family housing business, now considered the standard in the industry. He is also credited for heading up the group that created ForRent.com^®, one of the nation’s leading apartment Internet Listing Services.

In this position, he co-chaired the NAA Education Conference and Convention in Las Vegas and oversaw the development of the National Suppliers Council. This is the highest level that a supplier can rise to in the multi-family industry.

In his last role as the vice president and general manager of For Rent Media Solutions, Slattery brought innovation to the industry through new initiatives such as online video and mobile technology. In 2003, Corrine joined For Rent as a Sales Manager; she brought with her over 13 years of experience in the multi-family housing industry.  She quickly moved up to the position of General Sales Manager, where she used her management skills to consistently lead the Detroit For Rent Magazine^® office, while overseeing the Toledo market as well. Prior to joining For Rent, she was a very successful publisher of a Detroit apartment publication.

“I am honored to be chosen for this new role,” says Beauregard. “As the district manager, I plan on using my management skills acquired during my previous roles to leave a strong impact on the Texas region.”

Beauregard transitioned into her new role on November 13^th and has relocated to the Dallas area.

Paige held the previous position of General Sales Manager for the For Rent office in Richmond, Virginia.

She joined Trader in 2001 as a General Sales Manager, when the company bought the Apartment Source in Richmond and Hampton Roads.
