Former general sales manager will be responsible for the sales efforts of 11 Midwestern markets

Norfolk, VA-(December 29, 2006) - For Rent Media Solutions, a leading apartment resource for searching apartment communities nationwide and a division of Dominion Enterprises, is proud to announce the promotion of Ann Meisenheimer to Midwest North Regional Manager. She will oversee the sales efforts of the following markets: Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Detroit, Fort Wayne, Indianapolis, Lafayette, Lexington, Pittsburg and Toledo.

Meisenheimer joined For Rent Media Solutions in 1998 when she was hired as a general sales manager to launch the For Rent Media Solutions office in Chicago.  Prior to joining For Rent, she was the publisher of a Chicago apartment magazine.  Ann is a four time For Rent Media Solutions President’s Club winner. The President’s Club award is given to For Rent’s most outstanding employees, acknowledging them for their sales efforts. Meisenheimer was also awarded Best Overall Operation in 2004, the 2004 Internet City of the year and Best Overall Administrative City in 2005.

“Ann is a tremendous leader and has a dedication and passion to drive the success of For Rent Media Solutions,” says Judy Gogol, vice president of sales for the eastern region. “I am certain she will continue to build a very successful career with the company.”

Meisenheimer lives in Chicago and is expected to transition into her new role on January 1, 2007.

Norfolk, VA-(September 6, 2006) - For Rent, a division of Trader Publishing Company, the nation’s leading apartment resource for locating over 40,000 apartments for rent, is proud to announce the promotion of Amanda Hiller to General Manager of ForRent.com.

“Amanda has demonstrated her ability to lead successful For Rent Magazine operations in both Detroit and Cleveland,” says Terry Slattery, Vice President and General Manager of For Rent. “She brings with her a wealth of experience in the multifamily industry and a determination to succeed.”

In 1999, Amanda joined For Rent as an Account Executive. She quickly moved up to the position of General Sales Manager. As the General Sales Manager for the For Rent office in Detroit, she also oversaw the Toledo market and as the General Sales Manager for the For Rent office in Cleveland, she oversaw Pittsburgh. Amanda has contributed greatly to the success of her markets. She received recognition for having the most improved For Rent Magazine Operations in 2005 as well as being acknowledged as a 2003 and 2005 President’s Club winner. The President’s Club award is given to For Rent’s most outstanding employees, acknowledging them for their sales efforts.
