In 1992, Judy joined For Rent Magazine^® as an Account Executive in Denver, Colorado. In 1994, she managed the launch of the Baltimore For Rent Magazine. After a series of promotions her responsibility grew to include Florida, the East Coast, the North Midwest and now the entire state of Texas. Her extensive knowledge of Property Management combined with her strong marketing, customer service and leadership abilities contribute to her well respected position in the multi-family industry. Judy has been very involved in promoting our industry at the local and national levels through the National Apartment Association (NAA) and as a board member of the National Multi-Housing Council.

Former General Sales Manager promoted to District Manager of the company’s Texas Region.

In 2003, Corrine joined For Rent as a Sales Manager; she brought with her over 13 years of experience in the multi-family housing industry.  She quickly moved up to the position of General Sales Manager, where she used her management skills to consistently lead the Detroit For Rent Magazine^® office, while overseeing the Toledo market as well. Prior to joining For Rent, she was a very successful publisher of a Detroit apartment publication.

“I am honored to be chosen for this new role,” says Beauregard. “As the district manager, I plan on using my management skills acquired during my previous roles to leave a strong impact on the Texas region.”

Beauregard transitioned into her new role on November 13^th and has relocated to the Dallas area.

The President’s Club award is given to For Rent’s most outstanding employees, acknowledging them for their sales efforts. Meisenheimer was also awarded Best Overall Operation in 2004, the 2004 Internet City of the year and Best Overall Administrative City in 2005.
