AptsVideo.com enhances the apartment shoppers experience by allowing users to view each apartment community’s most sought after units and amenities as well as the surrounding city where it is located. Users can search AptsVideo.com for the apartment of their choice by selecting their desired city or apartment community name. Users have the ability to contact the property directly, map out directions to the property, rate videos on a scale of one to five stars, email the video to a friend, send the video’s information to a cell phone or embed the video on a Web page.

For Rent Media Solutions Selects New Regional Manager to Oversee Texas Markets

Leading business in multi-housing industry welcomes Carol Marple to senior management team

NORFOLK, Va.-(February 11, 2009)-For Rent Media Solutions, a leading apartment resource for searching apartments nationwide, and a division of Dominion Enterprises, is proud to announce the addition of Carol Marple as Texas regional manager.

Marple, a 20 year multi-housing industry veteran, began her career as an on-site assistant manager for Harry Reed Management. While at Reed, she transitioned into marketing and took on the position of director of marketing and training.  Marple was also instrumental in the development and implementation of Greystar University, a program developed after Greystar Real Estate Partners acquired Harry Reed Management in 1993.  Marple’s most recent position was as a national account manager for the Home Depot Supply, where she assisted with the company’s business to business operations.

“Carol is truly an icon throughout the Texas apartment industry and brings a wealth of knowledge and contacts to take the Texas region of For Rent Media Solutions to the next level,” said Terry Slattery, president, For Rent Media Solutions. “She has been recognized by the NAA as a Paragon Award winner and has also received several prestigious awards by the Texas Apartment Association for her valuable contributions to the industry. Marple is dedicated to the multi-housing industry and has shown this through her active participation in industry organizations, apartment associations and training. In 1997 and 2000, Marple was named the Houston Apartment Association (HAA) Marketing Director of the Year and currently serves as a member of their board of directors. She was also recognized as National Account Manager of the Year for Home Depot Supply in 2002 and 2004. Marple is an active member of the National Apartment Association’s (NAA) National Suppliers Council and served on the NAA Education Conference committee. In addition, she is a recent graduate of the NAA Leadership Lyceum and the NAAEI Advanced Instructor Training.
