Dominion Enterprises Completes Company Formation

Co-Owners of Trader Publishing Co. Finalize Division of Assets; For Rent^® Now Part of New $850 Million Company

Norfolk, Va., September 21, 2006 - Dominion Enterprises, owner of For Rent, announced on September 12^th, that it has completed the transaction announced in March to divide the assets of its predecessor company, Trader Publishing Company, between 50-50 co-owners Landmark Communications, Inc., Norfolk, Va., and Cox Enterprises, Atlanta, Ga.

The completion of this agreement gives Landmark 100-percent ownership of the media and information service properties in the employment, real estate, recreation, and industrial categories.  Landmark’s assets now form a new company called “Dominion Enterprises.”

“We chose the name Dominion Enterprises to reflect our heritage as a Virginia-based company, as well as for its broad scope since our businesses span a wide variety of print and Internet assets,” said Chief Executive Officer Conrad M. Hall.  For Rent is now part of a new media company that is committed to providing people with easy-to-access, reliable information so that they can make educated decisions in life — whether it’s  renting an apartment, buying a home, seeking employment or making a major purchase for recreation such as a boat, motorcycle or RV.”

In addition to For Rent, Dominion Enterprises’ assets include: 503 paid and free magazine titles such as Harmon Homes^®, The Employment Guide^®, Boat Trader^®, Cycle Trader^® and RV Trader^® with a combined weekly circulation of nearly 6 million; over 40 market-leading websites such as ForRent.com^®, Boats.com, and Traderonline.com^TM reaching over 8 million monthly visitors; data capture and distribution businesses such as Dealer Specialties^®; and web services businesses across all the company’s industry categories, including Homes.com® and Yachtworld.com^®.

As part of the agreement, Dominion will also own Dominion Distribution Services (DDS), formerly Trader Distribution Services, which operates the company’s network of free distribution racks located in supermarkets, mass merchandisers and other national retail chains.  DDS is the nation’s largest distributor of free publications in the United States, delivering over 225 million magazines and other free media annually.

“Dominion Enterprises has industry-leading positions in all of its businesses,” said Hall.  “Going forward, we will build on these positions through organic growth and strategic acquisitions.  We will seek to invest in companies that complement our existing businesses or that represent high-growth opportunities in their own right.  These acquisitions may include companies outside of our current media and information services segments.”

Prior to the division of assets by Landmark and Cox, Trader Publishing Company had annual revenue of $1.3 billion.  Approximately $850 million of this revenue figure will now form the annual revenue base of Dominion Enterprises.

Dominion Enterprises is expected to move into new company headquarters located in downtown Norfolk in January 2007.  Nearly 1,000 of Dominion’s 6,600 employees work in the Norfolk/Hampton Roads area.

Brock MacLean joins For Rent® as Vice President of National Sales and Development

Brock MacLean selected to fill the position of Vice President of National Sales and Development, bringing with him 12 years of industry experience.

Norfolk, VA (September 18, 2006) - For Rent, a division of Dominion Enterprises, the nation’s leading apartment resource for locating over 40,000 apartments for rent, is proud to announce the addition of Brock MacLean as the company’s new Vice President of National Sales and Development.

MacLean, a 12 year veteran in the multi-family industry, previously held the role of Regional Sales Manager for the For Rent San Diego office in 1994. In 1996, he joined Rent Roll, the predecessor to Real Page, Inc. as their Director of National Sales. The experience gained allowed MacLean to venture out on his own, forming a company called Resident Awards, which was acquired by RealPage, Inc. in 2003. As a part of this acquisition, he assumed the role of Vice President of Property Marketing Sales.  MacLean’s most recent position was Vice President of Sales for StandardCall, a division of Who’s Calling. MacLean had been with the company since 2004.

MacLean rejoined For Rent on September 1, 2006 as the Vice President of National Sales and Development. Slattery was promoted to Vice President and General Manager of For Rent in July. MacLean will also concentrate on strengthening For Rent’s commitment to the partnership as well as the acquisition and development of new strategic businesses for our company.

Former General Sales Manager promoted to National Sales Manager, overseeing sales and operations efforts for national clients

Norfolk, VA-(September 6, 2006) - For Rent, a division of Trader Publishing Company, the nation’s leading apartment resource for locating over 40,000 apartments for rent, is pleased to announce the promotion of Paige Forrest to National Sales Manager. Paige held the previous position of General Sales Manager for the For Rent office in Richmond, Virginia.

“Paige has a clear understanding of the Multi-Housing industry and goals of For Rent,” says Terry Slattery, Vice President/General Manager of For Rent. “Her passion for our products and understanding of our customers makes her an ideal fit in this new role.”

 Paige has dedicated 15 years to the Multi-Housing industry, since 1991. In 1999, she helped launch Apartment Sources and Senior Source in the Mid-Atlantic region for Fairfax Publishing, where she became the Publisher for the Richmond Apartment Sources and Senior Source Magazines. She joined Trader in 2001 as a General Sales Manager, when the company bought the Apartment Source in Richmond and Hampton Roads.

As the National Sales Manager, Paige brings a wealth of experience, talent and enthusiasm to this position. Over the past four years, her office has seen significant growth in a highly penetrated market, demonstrating Paige’s creativity and drive for success. As the National Sales Manager, she will oversee all sales and operations efforts for For Rent’s national clients. She is an active member of the Richmond Apartment Management Association as well as an Executive Officer on the Board for the Virginia Apartment Management Association.

For Rent® Promotes Amanda Hiller, Former General Sales Manager to General Manager of ForRent.comTM

Norfolk, VA-(September 6, 2006) - For Rent, a division of Trader Publishing Company, the nation’s leading apartment resource for locating over 40,000 apartments for rent, is proud to announce the promotion of Amanda Hiller to General Manager of ForRent.com.

“Amanda has demonstrated her ability to lead successful For Rent Magazine operations in both Detroit and Cleveland,” says Terry Slattery, Vice President and General Manager of For Rent. “She brings with her a wealth of experience in the multifamily industry and a determination to succeed.”

In 1999, Amanda joined For Rent as an Account Executive. She quickly moved up to the position of General Sales Manager. As the General Sales Manager for the For Rent office in Detroit, she also oversaw the Toledo market and as the General Sales Manager for the For Rent office in Cleveland, she oversaw Pittsburgh. Amanda has contributed greatly to the success of her markets. She received recognition for having the most improved For Rent Magazine Operations in 2005 as well as being acknowledged as a 2003 and 2005 President’s Club winner. The President’s Club award is given to For Rent’s most outstanding employees, acknowledging them for their sales efforts.

For Rent® Promotes former National Sales Manager, Shannyn Wellington, to Southeast Regional Manager

Norfolk, VA-(September 6, 2006) - For Rent, a division of Trader Publishing Company, the nation’s leading apartment resource for locating over 40,000 apartments for rent, announces the promotion of Shannyn Wellington as Southeast Regional Manager. In her new role, Shannyn will work out of Orlando and will be oversee the print and internet sales efforts for seven For Rent Magazine markets and 14 For Rent publications.

“I am very excited to take on the role of Southeast Regional Manager,” says Wellington. Since my start with the company, I believe I have gained practical and strong operational knowledge and sales skills. I will do my best to continue to lead the progress in the Southeast region.”

Since 1998, Shannyn has enjoyed a successful career with For Rent. She began with the company as an Account Executive in Denver, helping property managers list apartments for rent in For Rent Magazine. Her leadership skills were quickly recognized and in 2000, Shannyn was promoted to General Sales Manager, overseeing For Rent’s Denver market and later adding the Colorado Springs markets to that list. As General Sales Manager for Denver, her office was awarded best overall operations for two consecutive years in 2001 and 2002. While overseeing this market, she was recognized as a President’s Club member four years in a row. The President’s Club award is given to For Rent’s most outstanding employees, acknowledging them for their selling efforts.

“Shannyn has definitely been an asset to For Rent,” says Judy Gogol, Vice President of Sales for the Southeast, North Midwest and Mid-Atlantic region. “As a result of her many achievements as General Sales Manager, she was promoted to the position of National Sales Manager in 2005. In this position, Shannyn created the National Sales Department to provide service for For Rent’s largest clients. I am confident that we will continue to see the same success from Shannyn in her new position that she has given For Rent in previous years.”

As the Southeast Regional Manager, Shannyn will help the For Rent offices in her region improve their overall performance of operations including sales of print and internet products, circulation and distribution. She will also help expand the offices in her region in a cost effective manner and develop managers and staff for advancements within For Rent.
